3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

4. Google Business Profile Integration

When you connect your Google Business Profile:

• Generated content should comply with applicable platform guidelines

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

• Pay all fees according to your selected plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Generate fake or misleading reviews
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use the Service to harm others or their businesses

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are owned by Web Sarathi and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Sarathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
